Your main goals as an Assistant Store Manager are to enthusiastically transmit the passion for the brand to the sales team and to support the day‑to‑day running of store operations, working hand in hand with the Store Manager and driving sales through product knowledge and team management.

• Team Management:
  Enthusiastically transmit passion for the brand to the sales team, support the Store Manager, and enable internal development of people.
• Sales:
  Lead, together with the Store Manager, the achievement of commercial targets and KPIs, engaging the sales team through action plans and ensuring a careful brand image throughout the sales process.
• Customer
  
  Experience:
  
  Attract and build customer loyalty by paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service.
• Shop Operations:
  Ensure compliance with procedures such as inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, team schedule management, etc.

• Degree in Business Administration and Management (desirable).
• Fashion retail experience, minimum two years.
• Fluent English, level B2 (minimum).
• Team building skills.
• Results oriented.
• Motivated, energetic, people person, and team player. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and creative; ready to learn new skills that will help build an exciting career with us.
