You’ll be:

• Friendly and customer-focused – you lead by example, helping your team create a warm welcome and a great experience for every customer.
• A supportive team leader – you bring people together, offer encouragement and help everyone play their part.
• Reliable and responsible –you’re ready to take ownership, keep things running smoothly and maintain high standards throughout your shift.
• Ready to take the lead – as a key holder, you’ll take responsibility for opening and closing the shop and lead the team when the Shop Manager isn’t there.
• Positive and motivating – you bring a can-do attitude and encourage your team to give their best.
• Confident making decisions –you’re comfortable solving problems, setting priorities and knowing when to ask for support.
• Ready to learn and develop others –you’re keen to build your own skills while helping your colleagues grow in confidence.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment –you enjoy staying busy, organising priorities and making sure customers continue to receive great service.
• Committed to food safety – you’ll follow all hygiene, allergen and safety procedures, including our standards for nails, jewellery and piercings. It’s all part of keeping you, our customers and our products safe.
• Flexible – wherever possible, we offer set shifts and provide rotas three weeks in advance, but some flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
• Comfortable handling food – this is a food-handling role, so you’ll need to work with our full range of products, including meat and items containing allergens.
