Transport Customer Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities- Monitor drivers' schedules and provide customers with real-time ETA updates
- Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Use Microsoft Excel and other IT systems to track deliveries and generate reports
- Work closely with the transport team to ensure smooth operations
- Handle any unexpected delays or issues with a proactive and customer-focused approach
- Strong customer service skills – professional, friendly, and solution-focused
- Excellent administration skills with a keen eye for detail
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and other IT systems
- A team player who thrives in a busy environment
- Highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise effectively

Salary£27,500 – £32,000 per annum (dependent on shift pattern and experience)
HoursMonday – Friday, 16.00 – 00.00 (Midnight).
