The Role

We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join a growing business within the packaging and advertising sector.

This role will focus on managing and developing existing client accounts, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue through tailored packaging and advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
• Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries and support
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions and projects
• Attend client meetings (virtual and face-to-face)
• Monitor account performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of client activity and opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in an Account Management or Sales role
• Background in packaging, print, advertising, or a related industry (desirable)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially aware with strong negotiation abilities
• Organised and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client management
