Account Manager​/Estimator - Yorkshire - pa;

Salary: up to £37k pa (depending on experience)

We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join a sales team as an account manager and estimator.

The role involves liaising with internal and external contacts to update customers, fellow account managers and the production team. You will speak to clients on telephone and in person in showroom, listening to customers and asking questions to create a better understanding of their needs.

Strong understanding of the printing industry is required to work with customers and suggest solutions from the product range. The role will primarily entail putting together quotes for qualified leads, both large and small bespoke projects, and following up these quotes at a suitable time.

• Put together quotes for qualified leads, both large and small bespoke projects.
• Follow up quotes at a suitable time.
• Engage with customers via telephone and in person to understand their needs.
• Communicate updates to customers, account managers and production team.
• Process quotes in a timely manner while keeping excellent time management.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the printing industry.
• Good computer skills and numeracy.
• Proficient in Tharstern.
• Efficient and capable of processing quotes in a timely manner.
• Must be resident in the UK and have recently worked in the print, packaging, or paper sectors.
