Location: South Yorkshire
Salary: £28k to £32k per annum (depending on experience)
Account Manager – Responsible for the day‑to‑day management of client relationships and business at a key client in the Leeds area.
Key responsibilities- Providing operational excellence, exceptional customer service and strong negotiation skills
- Managing crisis situations and ensuring smooth resolution
- Overseeing the complete process from conception to completion to deliver projects on time and exceed client expectations
- Utilising technical knowledge in the print arena (POS, DM or general print) to guide clients through each stage of a campaign
- Maintaining clear reporting and effective process/project management
Proven experience within the print industry, especially in POS, DM or general print, combined with strong technical knowledge.
Excellent communication, project management, and reporting skills are essential.
