Sales Adviser

• Speak with existing customers and provide tailored advice (no cold calling!)

• High-performing individuals with a strong track record in target-driven or commercially focused roles.
• Confident, self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to build rapport quickly, handle complex conversations and perform consistently under pressure.
• Ambition is key.
• Some experience in an office-based sales role is a must-have.

• £30k basic salary that will rise to £33k once you pass probation.

You will work 40 hours a week with flexible shifts between 8am and 8pm, including two evenings until 7:30pm. Your shift times are flexible and agreed with your leader. You would also work one Saturday a month, 9am - 3pm (but you get a day off in lieu of course! Hello three day weekend!)
