We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Advisor to join our team in Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate sales professional to thrive within a busy new homes environment, supporting customers throughout their home buying journey while helping drive site performance and sales success.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to completion
• Manage and nurture sales leads to maximise opportunities and conversions
• Conduct professional property viewings and present show homes to a high standard
• Advise customers on the buying process, including available schemes and incentives
• Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and third parties
• Keep customer records and sales progression updated accurately on internal systems
• Meet and exceed individual and site sales targets

• Previous experience in new homes sales or a strong background in a target-driven sales environment
• Motivated, ambitious, and results-focused approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
