A market leader is looking for a Sales Account Manager from a Luxury Packaging background to join its thriving team. The company has continually evolved with the market, embracing change, identifying opportunity, and pushing production boundaries.

This role requires industry experience to understand all aspects of each client project and to add value. You will work with clients to help them overcome challenges and maximise opportunities across a diverse range of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with some of the world’s most recognised brands and help them develop and push the boundaries of luxury packaging.

Your responsibilities include resolving conflicts and providing timely solutions to customers, demonstrating strong business acumen and problem‑solving attitude.

This client‑facing role requires exemplary communication and negotiation skills, building successful long‑term relationships and delivering projects. You will act as the point of contact to handle customers’ individual needs and help deliver a positive customer experience.

Our client is based in the Yorkshire area; occasional travel south will be required.
