We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our team in York.

About YouYou will be able to listen to customer needs and adapt your skills to suit them. You will work confidently to targets and deadlines, maximizing every opportunity.
Qualifications- Motor trade experience required at a Senior Sales Executive position or from a Sales Manager/Business Manager level.
- High level sales ability with a strong commitment to customer care.
- Experience of F&I, deal stacking, 2nd facing, coaching and development of the team, and providing assistance to the Sales Manager.
- Managing and developing all new and used vehicle sales enquiries.
- Managing and developing the Finance and Insurance sales through new and used vehicle sales.
- Maximising the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products through effective implementation of the
D. M. Keith Way. - Maximising the profitable sales of eligible finance and insurance products in line with FCA compliance.
- Ensuring that all departmental processes and sales team members comply fully with FCA Regulations.
- Carrying out a self‑audit on a monthly basis.
- Contributing to the development of plans, policies and procedures to achieve all sales tasks smoothly and in a timely manner.
- Being fully conversant and compliant with all Sales Department procedures.
