Graduate Sales Representative

You'll be stepping into a consultative sales role, managing the full journey from warm lead through to close - no cold calling.

Day to day, you'll be:
Speaking with inbound, qualified prospects Understanding needs and recommending tailored solutions Building relationships and managing your own pipeline Working towards clear, achievable targets What's on offer: £26,400 base salary, rising to £30,000 after first promotion Uncapped commission (OTE £45k, top performers £55k) Commission paid from day one Fully paid 8-week onboarding programme Ongoing training  funded qualifications Clear progression into senior and leadership roles The business is scaling quickly, with: 30% year-on-year growth Revenue already exceeding £80m, targeting £100m Backing from a global investment firm Strong and growing market share Culture & environment:
