Evolve is partnering with a market-leading pharmaceutical organisation that is expanding its team with the addition of a Graduate Medical Sales Representative. This role offers an excellent entry point into medical sales, working with established products within the Respiratory treatment area.
This is a field-based position covering Humber, providing hands‑on commercial experience and exposure to a specialist therapy area. You’ll join a supportive and collaborative team, with clear development opportunities and a competitive earning structure.

- Commercial Exposure Gain hands‑on field experience, developing core sales skills and building relationships with key healthcare professionals.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- You must be located within Humber (Relocation to the area will not be considered.)
- Recent graduate, from a scientific or business-related subject, with sales experience.
- Recent graduates from the following clinical subject areas are also welcome to apply:
- Physician Associate Studies
- Nursing
- Pharmacy
- Physiotherapy
- Strong experience in a customer‑facing environment.
- Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
- Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
- Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.
- Promote an innovative portfolio to healthcare professionals, combining both clinical insight and commercial acumen.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify opportunities and grow business within your territory.
- Pioneer both digital and face to face interactions, embracing new technology and platforms by utilising customer insights.
- Develop a deep understanding of respiratory diseases and communicate the science clearly and confidently.
