* Supporting business owners to operate within an established and successful business model
* Driving profitable growth and improving overall business performance
* Implementing effective sales and client acquisition processes
* Building strong, trusted relationships with franchise owners
* Coaching, motivating and constructively challenging stakeholders to achieve results
* Supporting sustainable revenue growth across the network The successful candidate will ideally possess:
* Previous commercial/business development experience - franchising exposure advantageous
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercial awareness and sales expertise
* Financial and operational understanding
* The ability to influence, motivate and support others
* A resilient, solutions-focused mindset
