• Relationship Management:
  Act as the main point of contact for premium specialist and retail customers, including garden centres, farm shops and delis.
• Commercial Growth:
  Identify and unlock opportunities to expand our product range, secure extra shelf space, and introduce new product lines into existing accounts.
• New Business:
  Focus on generating and unlocking new business opportunities.
• Service Excellence:
  Ensure all aspects of our customers  requirements—from order accuracy and promotional planning to delivery schedules—are managed flawlessly.
• Field Presence:
  Actively visit customers across Yorkshire to conduct business reviews, present new products, and optimise in-store positioning.

A successful Sales Manager should have:
