Position: New & Used Car Sales Executive

This role offers an expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £41,500, with uncapped commission opportunities, giving you the potential to maximise your earnings based on your performance. Responsibilities:
Sell a wide range of new, used and commercial vehicles tailored to customer needs Guide customers through the buying process and deliver solutions that match their requirements Follow up and convert leads from CRM and other sources into successful sales Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and related products Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Support colleagues to achieve team sales targets Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, and customer interactions Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction Candidate Requirements:
Proven sales experience (minimum 1-2 years) in a target-driven environment Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with people Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities Proactive, solutions-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced environments Knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and technologies (training provided) Ability to achieve/exceed KPIs and convert leads into sales Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C (including Maths & English) Full valid UK driving licence What You'll Need to Succeed:
