Brook Taverner is looking for ambitious graduates to join its Export Sales Team, supporting established customers and distributors while helping to identify new opportunities across international markets.

This is a genuine entry point into international sales and account management. You will gain practical experience across business development, distributor relationships, export operations and commercial sales, with regular exposure to customers, trade events and European travel.
The role- Research and qualify prospective Corporate distributors and customers in target markets
- Support business development through telephone, email, virtual meetings and face to face conversations
- Help grow existing export accounts by identifying new products, contacts and commercial opportunities
- Build relationships with customers, distributors and partners across Europe
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and account performance updates
- Work with internal teams to support smooth order fulfilment and a high standard of customer service
- Attend trade exhibitions and customer meetings, with regular travel across Europe alongside senior colleagues
- You will be degree educated, ideally in business, international business, languages, marketing or a related subject. More importantly, you will be curious, commercially minded and motivated to learn.
- Professional working proficiency in a European language.
French or German would be particularly useful, but other European languages are equally welcome - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine interest in international business, sales and relationship management
- Confidence communicating with people from different countries and cultures
- Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities
- A proactive, resilient and adaptable approach
- Eligibility to travel internationally and a full UK driving licence, or a willingness to obtain one
- Previous experience through an internship, placement year, customer service or sales role would be useful, but it is not essential.
- An interest in fashion, tailoring, workwear or textiles would also be welcomed.
