Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday (office-based with travel)

Our client is an established and growing business operating in the professional healthcare and beauty supply sector. They offer a stable environment with genuine opportunities for commercial growth and personal development.

This is a hands on Head of Sales position with real ownership. You will lead the sales function across wholesale, pharmacy and clinic channels, driving both new business and the growth of existing accounts. A key priority is the development and scaling of the pharmacy division. You will also coach and develop a small sales team, combining strategic planning with day to day selling and relationship management.

Success in this role will be measured by revenue growth, team performance and the successful expansion of key channels.

• Proven experience in a sales management or senior commercial role with measurable revenue growth.
• Background in aesthetics, medical aesthetics, skincare, dermatology, pharmaceutical, medical devices or pharmacy wholesale.
• Experience leading, coaching or developing a sales team.
• Strong track record in new business development and key account management.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally as required.
• Commercially sharp, organised and comfortable operating in a hands-on environment.

• Previous experience selling into independent clinics or community pharmacies.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting.
