Talentmark are recruiting for a Key Accounts Manager, to join a Waste Management and Recycling solutions provider on a full-time, permanent basis.
The CompanyOur client is a nationwide Environmental Services Company, based in South Yorkshire.
The Role- Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all client communication.
- Support client retention through ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service consistency.
- Monitor accounts for risk and take proactive action where required.
- Identify account growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of services.
- Work closely with clients to support their evolving needs and provide solutions.
- Experience in the waste industry.
- Previously worked in a Customer Service / Business Development role.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of key clients.
- Experience developing client relationships.
