Position: Luxury Sales Advisor £26,000  Uncapped Commission
3640 hours per week | Commission-based | Premium Retail Environment We are seeking an exceptional Luxury Sales Advisor to join a successful, independent luxury retail business known for delivering a highly personal, elevated client experience. Due to the confidential nature of this recruitment, the identity of the business and the specific product category will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates during the recruitment process.

This is not a traditional retail sales assistant position. We are looking for a commercially driven, confident and highly personable salesperson who understands how to build trust quickly, identify what a client truly wants and confidently guide them towards a purchasing decision.

The Role Working within a beautiful, appointment-led luxury retail environment, you will take responsibility for your clients from their initial consultation through to purchase. You'll be expected to deliver an exceptional level of service while maintaining a strong commercial focus. Success in this role is measured not simply by providing a great experience, but by your ability to convert opportunities into sales .

Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering an outstanding, highly personalised luxury client experience Building genuine rapport and trust with clients Confidently leading one-to-one sales consultations Understanding client needs and making considered, persuasive recommendations Managing objections and helping clients confidently reach purchasing decisions Following up with prospective clients and converting outstanding opportunities Working towards individual and team sales targets Maintaining a minimum conversion rate of 60% Maximising sales opportunities and average transaction values Developing strong product knowledge and communicating value with confidence Maintaining the exceptionally high presentation standards expected within a luxury environment Accurately maintaining client and sales records Contributing positively to a close-knit, ambitious and performance-focused team About You You will already have a proven track record in sales and be comfortable working in an environment where your individual performance and conversion are measured.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience within luxury retail, premium sales, consultative selling, high-value purchases, hospitality or another client-focused environment where relationship building and closing sales are equally important.

You will be:

A naturally strong and persuasive salesperson Able to demonstrate a successful sales track record Comfortable being accountable for a minimum 60% conversion rate Commercially aware and motivated by targets Confident discussing performance, conversion and sales figures Warm, polished and highly personable Skilled at reading clients and adapting your sales approach accordingly Excellent at building relationships quickly Proactive with client follow-up Resilient and comfortable handling objections Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Motivated by commission and the opportunity to increase your earnings through performance A genuine team player with high personal standards Hours This is a full-time position of approximately 3640 hours per week .

Applicants must be available to work:
Every Saturday , plus one late evening every week , alongside their remaining contracted hours across the working week. Saturday availability is an essential requirement of the position and forms part of the permanent working pattern. Salary & Commission The role offers a competitive base salary plus an individual commission structure , creating the opportunity for strong performers to significantly increase their overall earnings.
