Key Account Manager – Diabetes - South Yorkshire

The role of Key Account Manager in South Yorkshire ICB has two critical functions:

Lead on the creation and implementation of territory business plans underpinned by well-rounded commercial awareness within the NHS to increase the sales of promoted products.

Develop and build advocacy for their promoted portfolio and to be seen as a valued partner within the NHS.

Key tasks include:

• Achieve agreed growth of targets of promoted portfolio and increase market share growth in designated territory.
• Build and execute business strategy for target HCPs and key stakeholders by identifying and building sustainable HCP relationships.
• Ensure advocacy and KOL development, optimal formulary & guideline positions, accelerated access to products and successful delivery of actions in territory business plan
• Recognise and understand HCP optichannel preferences

Personal profile:

• Science graduate/graduate calibre with at least five years’ pharmaceutical and NHS experience
• ABPI Qualified
• Proven track record of achievement and improved personal and business performance
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident, quick thinking, responsive and solution oriented
• Strong work ethic and high levels of energy resilience, integrity and honesty
