Salary: 30000 Basic Salary Bonus for Every Appointment Booked
Location: York Office
Job Type: Full Time Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Britsafe is a well-established York-based provider of security cleaning and hygiene services to organisations across the UK. As our business continues to grow were looking for a motivated and organised Sales Development Executive to join our friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people thrives in a target-driven environment and wants to build a successful career in sales. Whether your background is in customer service recruitment administration sales support or telesales wed love to hear from you.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided so were looking for someone with the right attitude enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

• Researching businesses and identifying potential new customers.

• Making outbound calls to introduce Britsafes services and qualify opportunities.

• Booking introductory appointments for the Sales Director.

• Maintaining accurate customer information within Salesforce CRM.

• Keeping prospect data organised and up to date.

• Supporting email marketing campaigns.

• Assisting with sales administration and lead management.

• Contributing ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement.

Were more interested in finding the right person than someone who already knows everything.

Youll ideally have:

• Confidence speaking to people over the telephone.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

• Pride in maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up to date.

• Previous experience using CRM software would be an advantage although full training will be provided.

• 30000 basic salary.
