Type:
Permanent full‑time. Standard hours: 39 hours per week with rota 08:00‑17:00 Mon‑Thu, 08:00‑16:00 Fri‑Sun. Weekends on rota 1 in 3 with 15% additional allowance.

• Routine and non‑routine maintenance
• Mains water supply repairs
• Fault finding, identifying, checking, repairing and making good faults
• Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment

• Full driving licence
• Experience in a commercial environment (desirable)
• Experience operating light plant
• NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (preferred; NVQ level 2 considered)
• Legionella Control L8 (desirable)

Prison security clearance, including counter‑terrorism check, is required (Amey will support you through the process).
