Location: West Yorkshire
Kirklees Metropolitan Council is seeking a Community Assessment Support Officer to join our social care team. You will conduct holistic assessments, work with customers, carers and health professionals to support personalised outcomes and wellbeing.
This role requires regular travel across the district; a full driving licence is essential, and access to a council vehicle or own car is expected. Training and development are provided.
