Active NISCC Registration and NVQ Level 3 in a care-related subject Valid UK Driving Licence Safeguarding Level 2 and Advanced CPI / Safety Interventions training Proven experience supporting young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours What you'll do:
Build positive, trusting relationships with young people while following personalised care guidelines. Assist with everyday life - from personal care routines and meals to safe medication management. Stand by young people during tough moments, using proactive techniques to safely defuse distress and challenging situations.
