X – Global Software House – up to 70K

Global Software client is looking for Software Developers with a Maths, Physics, 3D or Games background.

• Proven C# experience in the development of graphics-based software
• Experience building software to create 3D models
• Experience with OpenGL or Direct
  
  X, or similar; games-related programming

• Maintaining and ensuring the responsiveness of these applications
• Collaborating with the engineering team on new feature design and launch
• Developing cloud-based solutions with messaging and notification APIs in a micro-service architecture
• Solving complex mathematical and geometric problems
• Developing 3D graphical and CAD applications

• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and micro-service architecture
• Strong mathematical and geometric problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of 3D graphical/CAD application development
• Understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodology

• Knowledge of design patterns (DDD, CQRS), graphics libraries (e.g., Open Cascade, Parasolid, ACIS)
• No
  
  SQL database experience (AWS Dynamo preferred, Mongo
  
  DB or Azure Cosmos considered)

Salary up to 70K + 25 days holiday. Role is based in the East Midlands area, 2 days a week in the office – commutable from Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Sheffield and North Birmingham.
