Job Overview

C# and C++ Software Developer with experience in 3D Graphics, CAD, Games, Maths, Physics, and related technologies.

Proven C++ or C# experience on commercial software development projects.
Experience with .NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, T-SQL, DDD, AWS, MVVM/MVC, OpenGL/Direct

X.
Background in Maths, Physics, 3D or Games.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into software solutions.
Estimate, design, and implement system functionality.
Adopt end‑user perspective to test solutions.
Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprints.
Collaborate with a competent development team and report to the Development Manager.
Contribute ideas for research and development.

Qualifications

Mid‑level and above experience.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Mathematical/physics background from A’Levels, Degree, or commercial projects.

Location & Compensation

Full‑time, permanent, based in the East Midlands area (commutable from Sheffield, Derby, and Nottingham). 2 days in the office.

Salary up to £70,000 plus 25 days holiday.
