OverviewLead Developer / Tech Lead role in Web Development. Must be proficient with Microsoft stack (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/AngularJS/React, C#/.NET). Opportunity to influence technical direction and work with a 100+ strong development team across the UK.
Responsibilities- Lead the development of web applications, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Influence technology decisions and drive implementation of modern web technologies.
- Act as a bridge between UX/UI design and development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and best practices.
- Mentor and review code of junior developers.
- 5+ years of professional experience in web development.
- Strong experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React/Node.js, RESTful Web Services, and C#/.NET.
- Demonstrated skills in responsive and adaptive design.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS and jQuery.
- Experience working with UX/UI design documents.
Annual salary up to £55,000 with a competitive benefits package. Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
