• Great Pay: £31,464 per year plus an annual bonus of up to £2,000 (paid quarterly).
• Sign‑on bonus of £1,000 paid in two instalments of £500 after 3 months and 6 months.
• Location supplement of £2,000 payable from July 2026.
• 4‑on, 4‑off Balance:
  Work 7 am – 7 pm, 39.35 hrs/week, with 4 days off and predictable annual leave.

• Complete all deliveries into customers’ homes in a safe and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with the customer prior to delivery to ensure they know you’re on your way.
• Ensure furniture is delivered to the requested room and that no rubbish is left behind.
• Represent The Sofa Delivery Company values and those of our brand partners in everything you do.
• Work with your team and senior managers to provide feedback and continually improve service standards.
• Carry out daily inspections of allocated vehicles and equipment, reporting defects or missing items immediately.
• Comply with all driving laws and company policies and procedures.

• You hold a 7.5T licence/Grandfather rights/ROI equivalent, up to‑date Digi Tacho, CPC card and a valid manual driving licence.
• You have a valid driver’s licence for 12 months with less than 6 points.
• You’re ready to work as part of a supportive two‑person team.
• You’re great with people and enjoy helping customers.
• You’re comfortable installing and lifting heavy furniture in different home settings.
• You have strong time‑management skills and thrive on variety.
• You take pride in your work and value safety – of yourself and those around you.
