Castle Employment Group is recruiting a Yard Operative / Side loader FLT Driver in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. You will load/unload steel, operate side loader and counterbalance forklifts, move beams, and prepare materials for production while keeping the yard safe and organised.
This full-time permanent role offers a 4‑day week (Mon-Thu 7:00–16:45), a £14.60 per hour rate with overtime, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a pension and private healthcare, plus opportunities for long-term
