SALARY: £30,930 dependant on skills& experience. 25 Days Annual Holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays and a holiday purchase scheme.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to provide day-to-day leadership of a small team of warehouse personnel. Manage daily warehouse operations, leading staff to ensure efficient receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, inventory accuracy, and productivity. Often involving hands‑on work, staff training and coordination with other departments such as logistics, planning, purchasing and customer service
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES- Counterbalance FLT license.
- Full UK driving license.
- Must be able to comply with all company processes and procedures.
- Personable, remains calm under pressure, displays good leadership and communication skills.
- Energetic, flexible individual with a can-do attitude that can show initiative in a busy environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Enthusiasm to be part of a close-knit team, with a keenness to have a positive effect on others.
- Knowledge of warehouse administrative procedures, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Computer literate – Experience of Microsoft Office packages.
- Be able to work on own initiative and prioritise tasks effectively while working with teams or alone.
- Familiarity with SAGE 50 or other inventory management systems.
- Experience and confidence with interacting with hauliers, customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of H&S systems and processes.
- Experience of leading, coaching and development of others.
- Initiative and desire to improve situations, systems and processes.
- 07:00 – 15.00, Monday to Friday
- Some flexibility in total hours or working pattern may be available depending upon individual circumstances & business needs
