Warehouse Operative

Location: BD4 Area, Bradford
Salary: 12.71 per hour, rising to 12.90 per hour after 12 weeks
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Hours: 42 paid hours per week

Our client, a well-established automotive parts distributor based in the BD4 area of Bradford, is looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join their busy and friendly team.

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

• Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

• 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day

• Overtime available

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately

• Receiving, checking and storing stock deliveries

• Loading and unloading vehicles

• Maintaining warehouse organisation and cleanliness

• Assisting with stock control activities

• Completing local deliveries when required

• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Aged 25 or over (insurance requirements apply)

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Good reading and writing skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Comfortable with manual handling and lifting items up to 25kg

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience would be advantageous

• 12.71 per hour, increasing to 12.90 per hour after 12 weeks
