As the Administrative Secretary, you will provide essential support by ensuring smooth scheduling, answering calls, and maintaining office supplies. Your key tasks will include data entry, coding, and assisting with online marketing efforts to enhance our outreach. Familiarity with MS Office and Quick Books is crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and confirm various appointments
• Relay telephone calls and messages without delay
• Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed
• Provide customer service and greet visitors warmly
• Manage data entry and daily operational logs
Requirements:
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office suite
• Experience with Quick Books for basic bookkeeping
• Strong communication skills for client interactions
• Ability to perform electronic inquiries accurately
