This is an on-site position located at the location(s) above. The successful candidate must be located within the province of Saskatchewan. Out of province/country candidates must be willing to relocate. Flexible work opportunities, in province, may be available.
Job SummaryResponsible for providing quality customer service necessary to meet the needs of customers by utilizing inbound and outbound calling for all types of inquiries. Interprets, verifies and manually enters internal or electronic customer data into operating systems and uses established procedures for managing internal and external customer and dealer interactions.
TypicalDuties & Responsibilities
- Responds and handles inquiries and issues from customers, dealers, outside contractors and agencies with a focus on quality customer service.
- Documents and prepares written communication to customers and dealers.
- Performs data entry of customer information into systems.
- Ensures accuracy of all customer monitoring account information including zones, dispatch procedures, and key holders.
- Handles and confirms billing inquiries.
- Meets established goals and key performance indicators of a call centre and call productivity.
- Records all actions from general inquiries by inputting into appropriate databases.
- Maintains constant awareness of environment and balances functions by priority during periods of varying activity.
- Assists with projects (e.g. data maintenance, clerical or miscellaneous duties) as required.
- General knowledge of security products and/or services.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with others.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer contacts with tact, diplomacy, and courtesy at all times.
- Good analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of personal computers and various software applications.
- Ability to work under continual pressure and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Keyboarding skills 20 wpm.
- Successful completion of prescribed training.
- Works shifts as per Collective Agreement.
- Queue environment.
- Accuracy is essential.
- Overtime may be requested.
- Complies with all safety, health, and environmental policies, programs, and standards at all times.
