The Good Spirit School Division Invites applications for Permanent Full-Time Digital Learning & Middle Years Curriculum Consultant
Location: Yorkton, Saskatchewan
Start Date: August 24, 2026
Contract Details: Permanent - 7.5 hours/day
Salary Details: In accordance with STF Provincial Collective Agreement.

Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance on the Saskatchewan curriculum to ensure effective implementation and alignment with educational standards.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teams, and individual teachers to develop and enhance middle years instruction and assessment strategies.
- Support the implementation of blended learning, digital learning tools, robotics and automation to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Assist in the design and delivery of professional development sessions focused on student engagement, digital learning, instruction and curriculum best practices.
- Analyze student performance data to inform instructional decisions and improve student outcomes.
- Offer ongoing support and mentorship to educators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Stay updated with current trends and research in student engagement and digital literacy to provide cutting‑edge support and resources.
- Contribute to the development and review of curriculum materials, ensuring they are culturally relevant, engaging, and effective.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education.
- Extensive knowledge of the Saskatchewan middle years curricula.
- Experience utilizing blended learning tools, Building Thinking Classroom strategies, and robotics and automation in the classroom.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching middle years.
- Proven expertise in middle years instruction and assessment.
- Strong passion for student engagement and digital learning along with a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to support and inspire educators in their professional development.
