EAs support student learning in the classroom environment and other educational settings. These dynamic individuals support teachers and school teams in meeting the diverse learning needs of students. EA's are valuable members of a team which collaborates to promote student learning, well-being and success.

Number Of Vacancies- one (1)
- This position is a permanent part-time position of 5.5 hours/day in accordance with the Educational Assistant Calendar.
- The position commences August 27, 2026 with the work schedule to be determined by the principal and student services. Rest periods will be scheduled in accordance with the current collective bargaining agreement.
- Work closely with students to meet their diverse learning goals.
- Provide assistance to students with mobility needs and/or who require personal care.
- Assist the classroom teacher to support learning with all students in the classroom.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information pertaining to a child, classroom and the school.

- Educational Assistant
- Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
- Acute attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility and the ability to work as a team member will be considered assets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Acute attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work as a team member.
- Knowledge and experience with accounting is an asset, along with the ability to learn quickly, utilize technology, and work collaboratively with others.
- Preference will be given to applicants who posses Early Childhood Certification, and prior experience is an asset.
- The successful candidate will be paid on a monthly basis at an hourly rate from $21.00 - $25.79 plus applicable vacation pay.
