Join SASKATCHEWAN DISTANCE LEARNING CENTRE as a part-time Student Support Teacher in Yorkton. This role, beginning August 27, 2026, focuses on personalized instruction for diverse students.
As a Student Support Teacher, you will play an essential role in delivering the Saskatchewan curriculum and adapting lessons for diverse learning profiles. This temporary part-time position goes through June 25, 2027, and involves working closely with students and educational teams to implement effective instructional strategies. Your leadership and collaboration will ensure equitable learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adapt delivery of Saskatchewan curriculum for individual needs
• Implement differentiated instructional techniques for engagement
• Create and monitor online lessons using assessment strategies
• Collaborate on Inclusion and Intervention Plans for students
• Manage content delivery via Moodle and Microsoft Teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university required
