At SIGA, you're part of the team that enhances the gaming experience for our guests. As a Slot Attendant, your focus will be on providing outstanding customer service in your assigned slot area. Responsibilities include making change, paying out jackpots, performing machine maintenance, and resolving guest concerns to ensure a memorable entertainment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly customer service to slot players
• Handle cash transactions accurately and pay out jackpots
• Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshoot slot machines
• Perform machine drops for all assigned slots
• Assist with machine moves and participate in casino projects
Requirements:
• Relevant education and training in customer service
• Experience in gaming preferred, but not required
• Ability to manage diverse guest interactions
• Strong problem-solving skills for slot machines
• Commitment to enhancing the overall guest experience
