In this role at SIGA, you will enhance the entertainment experience for guests in the slot section. Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, handling jackpot payouts, and managing basic maintenance on gaming machines. You'll also respond to general questions and concerns of our diverse clientele, ensuring a fun environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer exceptional service to slot-playing guests
• Accurately make change and manage jackpot payouts
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance
• Perform drops for all slot machines in your area
• Assist with the movement of gaming machines as needed
Requirements:
• Combination of education and customer service experience
• Previous gaming experience is preferred
• Skill in handling varied guest situations
• Strong communication for guest interactions
• Commitment to a positive gaming experience
