This role includes providing excellent table and floor gaming services while adhering to house rules. As a key member of the team, you will operate gaming equipment, monitor for fairness, and assist customers with game inquiries. Your accuracy in handling cash transactions and maintaining records will be essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate gaming tables and deal cards accurately
• Monitor the gaming floor and enforce house rules
• Provide courteous customer service and resolve questions
• Process cash transactions and maintain transaction records
• Report incidents and collaborate with security personnel
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in gaming or customer service preferred
• Strong numeracy and cash-handling skills
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
• Effective communication and conflict-resolution abilities
