Maintenance Technician

Position: Maintenance Technician Role
Legacy Co-op is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the Yorkton Area for a full-time position focused on facility and asset maintenance. You'll work on installations, repairs, and promote a safety culture.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a critical role in the upkeep of Legacy Co-op's facilities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with contracted services and adhering to maintenance needs while managing compliance with relevant regulations. Your expertise will help in executing short and long-term maintenance plans effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage installations and regular repairs for facilities

• Work collaboratively with department managers

• Assist in developing preventive maintenance programs

• Foster a culture of safety at all locations

• Communicate and document maintenance requests

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate essential

• Valid Class 5 license needed

• 2 years' maintenance experience required

• Journeyperson certifications preferred

• Strong time management and relationship skills
