Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds, and building.
Licenses- Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
- Fireman Boiler Operator certificate
- Interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills
- Computer skills
- Twelve (12) months previous experience in a maintenance environment
- Knowledge of tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently
- Refrigeration Plant Operator certificate, where required by job
- Pool Operator certificate, where required
