This role is responsible for shipping and receiving activities, operating forklift equipment, and ensuring all products meet quality, safety, and customer requirements. • Operate forklift equipment safely to move, store, and stage product
• Complete pre-operational equipment inspections
• Perform shipping and receiving functions, including transferring, racking, staging, and loading product
• Inspect outgoing product and transport vessels to ensure compliance with customer and company standards
• Accurately complete electronic shipping, receiving, inventory, and transfer documentation using WOW inventory systems
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Grade 12 diploma required
• Forklift operator certification considered an asset
• Ability to complete required forklift training and certification
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet and in tight warehouse spaces
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to work in a grain processing environment with exposure to grain and grain dust

12-hour modified shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
