As a Cleaning Plant Operator, you'll start the milling process - the gatekeeper of quality. You'll handle raw grains and begin their transformation into food-grade products for distribution worldwide, operating advanced milling equipment and systems.

• Operate/monitor Mill equipment, ensuring top product quality and yield.
• Adjust, test, and troubleshoot cleaning, de-hulling, and color sorting systems.
• Perform product testing, process checks, and record data using Galileo.
• Maintain sanitation, address spills, and ensure a safe workplace.
• Handle Gluten-Free products per compliance standards.
• Support receiving, bulk loading, and cross-training across departments.
• Follow company safety and food safety policies at all times.

• High School Diploma (required).
• Mechanical aptitude; ability to operate/maintain equipment.
• Grain milling or processing experience (asset).
• Ability to detect off-spec product via visual/sensory checks.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Comfortable with heights, confined spaces, and moving machinery.

12-hour Modified shift schedule (includes nights/weekends).
