Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and grade seed efficiently for operations

• Load finished products and manage rail yard activities

• Maintain a clean and safe operational environment

• Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations

• Participate in safety training and incident investigations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work rotating shifts consistently

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data entry

• Familiarity with a manufacturing environment is an asset
