• Operate and monitor the A and/or B Mill equipment, ensuring optimal product quality and yield.
• Adjust, test, and troubleshoot grain cleaning, de‑hulling systems, and color sorters daily.
• Minimize downtime by proactively monitoring equipment performance and conducting preventative maintenance checks.
• Perform detailed documentation of product testing, process checks, and maintenance activities.
• Handle, process, and verify Gluten‑Free products to meet strict compliance standards.
• Collaborate and communicate with team members across departments including Milling, Warehouse, Receiving, and Maintenance.
• Accurately record production data, downtime, and inventory updates using computerized systems like Galileo.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and workplace cleanliness; immediately address spills and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist in grain receiving and bulk loading systems (truck and rail) as needed.
• Participate in cross‑training opportunities to support operations across the mill.
• Consistently promote and comply with all company safety policies, food safety procedures, and ethical standards.
