We're a trusted leader in North American food production, known for our commitment to quality, safety, and integrity. We're currently hiring a Bulk Loadout Operator to join our high-performing, values-driven team.

• Operate bulk load-out systems and inspect vessels for food safety
• Manage blending, sealing and verify shipments, and complete documentation
• Operate Track-mobile to position rail cars
• Monitor metal detectors as a critical control point
• Communicate with teams to coordinate shipments
• Maintain sanitation and perform minor maintenance
• Uphold all safety, OH&S, and food safety protocols

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Ability to meet Railway Association of Canada medical fitness requirements
• Experience with railcars and grain handling systems is an asset
• Mechanical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Comfortable with heights, confined spaces, and physical work (lifting 50 lbs)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

12-hour modified shift schedule, including weekends and nights
