Yorkton Nurse B Clinical Care Leader

Elevate patient care at Yorkton Regional Health Centre as a Nurse B Clinical Coordinator. This full-time role focuses on quality services and leadership in nursing practice.

You will serve as a pivotal leader in the General Surgical Nursing Unit, where your expertise will guide the provision of specialized care. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising nursing efforts while developing vital programs and policies in partnership with the unit manager. Collaborating with families and medical teams will be fundamental to your duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to maintain exceptional patient care

• Coordinate and supervise nursing practices consistently

• Provide support and education to team members

• Contribute to program development and policies

• Cover for other clinical coordinators as required

Requirements:

• 3 years of leadership experience in nursing

• 5 years of acute care nursing experience

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) required

• Registered with or eligible for CRNS

• Strong commitment to collaborative care delivery
