Position: Temporary Full-Time Registered Practical Nurse
Elevate senior care at Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care as a Temporary Full-Time Registered Practical Nurse in Scarborough. Provide compassionate nursing services while ensuring the well-being of residents in a culturally inclusive environment.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care in compliance with CNO standards. As a Unit Nurse, you'll supervise staff, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain effective communication with residents’ families. Your leadership will be crucial in providing person-centered care to diverse seniors, impacting their quality of life positively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nursing functions according to CNO standards

• Supervise Personal Support Workers effectively

• Monitor residents’ conditions and communicate changes

• Implement risk management and quality improvement programs

• Maintain regular communication with families and healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Current RPN Certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Experience in nursing preferred

• Valid CPR Certificate required

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Ability to converse in Chinese is an asset
