Job Description:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. The Registered Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Sunrise Health Region through provisions of protected quality nursing care to clients. He/She is responsible to the Manager of the designated area.

Human Resources Exemption:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP)

• Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
• Lead 2 training

• Advanced - Organizational skills

• Knowledge of the RAI-HC assessment tool
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions
• Assessment knowledge
