Position: Yorkton Nurse Practitioner Needed
Join Yorkton District Nursing Home as a Nurse Practitioner and contribute to the health and wellness of long-term care residents. This full-time temporary position focuses on healthcare assessment, planning, and service delivery.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority invites applications for a Nurse Practitioner at its Yorkton facility. In this role, you will work collaboratively with family physicians and healthcare providers while delivering quality care to residents and addressing their unique health needs. Your expertise in nursing will impact the lives of many.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and deliver comprehensive care for residents

• Develop health plans in coordination with healthcare teams

• Educate and support families regarding resident care

• Ensure care plans meet the facility's objectives

• Maintain effective communication with healthcare partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent

• 3 years of RN experience, preferably in public health

• Must have valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate

• Master of Nurse Practitioner preferred
